Page access tokens and page information
Lead form data and lead information submitted through Meta lead generation ads
Advertising spend and billing data from Meta
Audience and targeting information

1.3 Business Information You Provide

To operate effectively, our AI agent collects business context you provide, including:

Business name, type, and description
Brand guidelines, colors, tone of voice, and creative preferences
Services, offerings, pricing, and promotional details
Target audience and geographic information
Safety constraints and advertising preferences
Conversational inputs and instructions provided through the AI chat interface

1.4 Payment Information

We use Stripe as our payment processor. When you subscribe, Stripe collects your payment card details directly. We do not store your full credit card number, expiration date, or CVV on our servers. We receive and store only:

This data is stored securely and is accessible only to the AI agent operating on your account.

2.3 Billing and Payments

To process subscription fees and usage-based billing
To calculate Managed Spend for metered billing
To send invoices and payment receipts

2.4 Communication

To send transactional emails (account setup, billing, alerts)
To send daily performance briefs and campaign updates
To respond to support inquiries
To notify you of material changes to the Service or these policies

2.5 Service Improvement

3. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We share your information only with the following categories of service providers, solely to operate and deliver the Service:

3.1 Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram)

We transmit data to and receive data from Meta's advertising APIs to manage your ad campaigns. This includes creating ads, adjusting budgets, and retrieving performance data. Meta's use of your data is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.

3.2 Stripe (Payment Processing)

Stripe processes all payments and stores your payment card details. Stripe's use of your data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

3.3 Supabase (Database and Authentication)

We use Supabase to store your account data, business information, and campaign records. Supabase provides our database infrastructure and authentication services.

3.4 AI Service Providers

We use third-party AI services (including Anthropic and Google) to power our AI agents and generate creative content. Your business information and campaign data may be transmitted to these providers' APIs for processing. These providers process data in accordance with their respective privacy policies and data processing agreements. We do not permit these providers to use your data for training their general models.

3.5 Resend (Email Delivery)

We use Resend to deliver transactional emails, including login links, daily briefs, and account notifications. Your email address and name are shared with Resend solely for email delivery.

3.6 Vercel (Hosting)

The Service is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may collect standard server logs including IP addresses and request metadata.

3.7 Legal and Safety Disclosures

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to:

AI agent memory files: Deleted within 90 days of account cancellation.
Meta API tokens: Encrypted at rest and deleted immediately upon account disconnection or cancellation.

5. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
Data Portability: Request a machine-readable export of your data.
Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent for data processing at any time by disconnecting your Meta account or canceling your subscription.
Opt Out of Communications: Unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time. Transactional emails required for Service operation cannot be opted out of while your subscription is active.
