This Renewal & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions to Martial Arts Ads AI (the "Service") are billed, how they automatically renew, and how to cancel. It is part of, and incorporated by reference into, our Terms of Service. Where this policy and the Terms of Service conflict on billing matters, this policy controls.

1. Subscription Plans and How You Are Billed

The Service is sold as a flat-rate subscription, per connected ad account, on one of three billing terms. You choose your term at sign-up:

Monthly — $299, charged in full at the start of each 1-month term.
Quarterly — $747 (equivalent to $249/month), charged in full at the start of each 3-month term.
Annual — $2,388 (equivalent to $199/month), charged in full at the start of each 12-month term.

The full amount for your chosen term is charged to your payment method at the time you subscribe and again at the start of each renewal term. There is no separate usage fee or percentage-of-ad-spend fee — your advertising budget is paid by you directly to Meta and is not part of your subscription fee. Prices in effect at the time of purchase or renewal are those published on our website.

2. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews. At the end of each term, your subscription will renew for another term of the same length, and your payment method on file will be automatically charged the then-current price for that plan, unless you cancel before the renewal date. Specifically:

A Monthly plan renews every month and is charged $299 (or the then-current monthly price) on each renewal.
A Quarterly plan renews every 3 months and is charged $747 (or the then-current quarterly price) on each renewal.
An Annual plan renews every 12 months and is charged $2,388 (or the then-current annual price) on each renewal.

By subscribing, you authorize Martial Arts Ads AI and its payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method automatically for each renewal term until you cancel. This authorization continues until you cancel your subscription.

3. Renewal Reminders

For Quarterly and Annual plans, we send a reminder email to the address on your account before each automatic renewal so you have time to review or cancel:

Annual plans: approximately 30 days before the renewal date.
Quarterly plans: approximately 14 days before the renewal date.

Monthly plans renew every month and can be canceled at any time before the next renewal; we do not send a separate reminder for monthly renewals. Please keep the email address on your account current so you receive these notices. You can always see your current term and next renewal date in Settings → Billing.

4. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee, using any of the following methods:

In the app: go to Settings → Billing and click Cancel Subscription.
Stripe Billing Portal: open Settings → Billing → Manage Billing and cancel from the portal.
By email: contact us at support@martialartsads.ai and we will process your cancellation.

To avoid being charged for the next term, you must cancel before your renewal date. A cancellation request submitted on or before the renewal date stops all future charges.

5. What Happens When You Cancel

You keep full access to the Service until the end of the term you have already paid for.
At the end of that term, your subscription ends, your access stops, and no further charges are made.
As a courtesy, we will attempt to pause your active Meta campaigns when your subscription ends. You remain responsible for verifying in Meta Ads Manager that your campaigns are paused and for any ad spend on your Meta account.
You can resume your subscription at any time before your access ends, and you can resubscribe later.

6. Refunds and Money-Back Guarantee

30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, contact us at support@martialartsads.ai for a full refund of the subscription fee you paid for that first term.

Renewal charges. Renewal charges are not automatically refundable. Because we send advance renewal reminders and you may cancel at any time before a renewal, charges for a renewal term are generally non-refundable once the term has begun. If you believe a renewal was charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will review it in good faith.

Your advertising budget spent on Meta is paid directly to Meta and is never refundable by us.

7. Changes to Pricing

We may change subscription pricing. If a price change will affect your subscription, we will give you at least 30 days' advance notice by email before the change takes effect. The new price will apply on your next renewal. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel before it takes effect.

8. Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. If payment is not successfully collected within 7 days of the due date, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, including pausing campaigns managed by the Service. Keeping a valid payment method on file avoids interruptions.
